RETURNS  POLICY

Our wishes are that customers are completely satisfied with their purchases.

However, we recognise that shopping with us will occasionally involve returning an item, accordingly we have tried to make the policy as simple as possible.

Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase. We will cover postage costs for returned items that are incorrect, faulty or damaged.

Free return delivery is unavailable for items that have been ordered due to incorrect size, change of mind or exchange.

Returned products must be in original condition with original tags attached, unworn and unwashed with no makeup or perfume present.

Returns must be securely packaged with clearly labelled address. For best mailing results we suggest a post bag with a tracking number be used.

We will notify you via your email address, provided with your online order, once your return has been processed.
